Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our priorities. To guarantee a secure shopping experience, Alinda Home applies a rigorous and transparent return policy, governed by current French legislation.
1. Right of Withdrawal & Return Conditions
1.1. Legal Withdrawal Period
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order. You can exercise this right without obligation to justify by contacting us at: alindahome.contact@gmail.com.
1.2. Product Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, any returned item must meet the following criteria:
- Be new, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its complete original packaging (accessories, instructions, protectors), allowing its immediate resale.
- Be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- Be shipped within the 14-day period.
1.3. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of return does not apply to the following cases:
- Damaged, incomplete items or those with damaged packaging.
- Personalized products or those manufactured according to specific specifications.
- Items on sale or sold.
- Hygiene and Health Protection (Article L221-28): Bed linen items (sheets, covers, pillowcases, etc.) cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
2. Procedure in case of Non-Compliance or Defect
2.1. Reporting Apparent Defects
If the item has a manufacturing defect or an error in preparation, you have 72 hours after receipt to inform us by email. Your request must include a precise description and photographs of the product.
2.2. Exchange Procedures
Exchanges are exclusively for items received defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Refund Procedures
3.1. Return Validation
Upon receipt at our warehouse, each item is inspected. We will inform you by email of the acceptance or refusal of the refund based on the product's condition.
3.2. Refund Execution
If approved, the refund is made via the original payment method within a few days. In case of a delay, we invite you to consult your bank before contacting us at 09.77.87.93.03 .
3.3. Special Cases for Gifts
- Gift identified at the time of purchase: A gift credit of equivalent value will be issued.
- Unidentified gift: The refund will be credited to the original buyer's account.
4. Shipping, Returns & Responsibility
4.1. Costs and Responsibility
Return costs are exclusively borne by the customer and are not refundable. If a full refund is issued, the initial shipping costs will be deducted. It is strongly recommended to use a tracked parcel service.
We remind you that it is the customer's responsibility to collect their package at the chosen Relay Point within the specified time limits (7 days with Chronopost and 14 days with Colissimo).
4.2. Shipments and Returns Outside the European Union
For shipments outside the EU, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. The mention "Merchandise Return" must be clearly affixed to the package if it is returned.

4.4. Return validation
We want your experience to be perfect right to the end. For us to process your return and validate your refund, please ensure you return the item in its original packaging and secure it properly for transport. A damaged product received cannot unfortunately be refunded.
We therefore recommend using bubble wrap or inner and outer padding if necessary for all fragile items.
4.5. Refusal of package (excluding cases of damaged package)
In the event of delivery refusal without any apparent damage to the package (damaged packaging, visible impact, etc.), a flat-rate return fee of €3.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
These fees correspond to the return costs invoiced by the carrier to our company following the refusal and will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Receipt and Transit Damage
The customer is required to carefully check the external and internal condition of the package upon delivery. In case of anomaly:
- Refuse the package if it is visibly damaged.
- Make precise handwritten reservations on the delivery note or the carrier's or Pick Up Relay terminal (e.g., "open package", "damaged package", "sound of breakage").

Contact Alinda Home within 72 hours with supporting photos of the damaged product, photos of the exterior & interior of the package, photos of the shipping label affixed to the package, name, first name, and order number.
Please note: In the absence of explicit reservations made upon delivery, the package is contractually considered compliant, and no recourse for breakage or transit damage will be accepted.
